 Available Positions in So. California
 
 Software Engineer
  Requires a Masters Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Primary platform of development will be J2EE.
Responsibilities include:
 
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Design, develop and implement applications for Electronic Data Interchange applications for the health care industry.
  • Participate in testing process.
  • Support developed applications.

 Manager of Operations
  A member of our team looking to help us manage and oversee our Company’s operational (non-manufacturing) policies, objectives, and initiatives:
 
  • Requires a Bachelor of Education degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years working with children at an elementary and/or secondary level.
  • A minimum of 3 years managerial experience and 5 years of experience in the field of implementing training protocol for staff and assessing and evaluating staff progress and recruitment.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures particularly with the different Software we support and the methods in which the clients submit claims using our products and services and evaluating the problems our clients have and administering the most effective protocol and solution to resolve the issues and also take part in helping train our clients as well.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals set by management which primarily include the ability to update staff on day to day changes made to our products and services by our Engineering Department requiring higher education in computer software, mathematics and communications.
  • Performs a variety of tasks including taking on board the Accounts payable and receivable, organizing the company infrastructure and organizing company events/summits.
  • Leads and manages the work of others: a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in the way the staff are motivated to learn and to work above and beyond the call of duty.
  • Additional Responsibilities: To construct, organize and manage the Education, Health and Guidance (EHG) Foundation for Children and Youth, a non-profit organization focusing on improving the personal, social, health and citizenship education of children in communities in Southern California.

 Customer Service & Support
  A member of our team looking to help provide quality service and support our revolutionary software will have:
 
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT and Internet.
  • 2+ years of customer service is preferred but not necessary, training is provided.
  • A plus would be a knowledge of dental claims processing.
  • Good phone and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 95/98/NT and Internet.

 Marketing Specialist
  A member of our team looking to help us market our revolutionary software will have:
 
  • 2+ years of marketing background.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate marketing campaigns, special events and print materials.
  • Extensive skills with MS Word and Excel a must. A great plus would be expertise with desktop publishing.
