The protection of our customers’ privacy is of utmost concern to
EDI Health Group, Inc., and we have invested heavily to protect it. If you have

| Customer Demographics and Data |
How do we use the data we collect about our customers?
First and foremost, your data may be used to provide reports back
to you, for your own use. We offer data analysis services, bringing you new
reports to help you enhance the management of your practice. We may use it to
offer you services designed to improve your efficiency or your cash flow. We
will not sell or otherwise provide your data to other companies.
All patient information, such as claims, explanation of benefits, eligibility,
and other reports are strictly confidential. Access to them is restricted to
the patient’s own provider office and to the insurer. Our staff, who have
signed and are legally bound to the EDI Health Group Code of Ethics, may access
these records upon your request for help in transmitting or processing the
data.
In order to protect the security of data, both yours and that of
your patients, we do require that you use a 128-bit encryption capable browser.
If you do not have one, download either Microsoft
Internet Explorer or Netscape
Navigator.
Our server will send small files of information, called cookies, for storage on
your computer’s hard drive. These are solely for the purpose of identifying you
to our server to enhance both security and your convenience in not having to
reenter your identifying information each time you change pages.
Of course, we have no control over outside web sites, nor can we attest to
their privacy and security. We hope you will find some of the links we have
provided useful, but that you will also check the privacy policy of each web
site you visit.
