How do you get started?

You can either complete the Online Enrollment or fax a completed Registration Form to (714) 848-2115. Online applications take only a few moments, after which WebClaim will provide a User Id for your practice that allows you to access the WebClaim web site using your chosen password. If you need assistance during the enrollment process, WebClaim specialists are available by calling (877) WEB-CLMS or (877) 932-2567 x250. Registration Forms are available in for download or please call the same number to request one.

A small percentage of payers need providers to enroll specifically for electronic claims (most Blue Cross/Shield and State Medicaid Plans). If your office intends to send claims electronically with any of these payers, call us so we can fax you a Provider Enrollment Form.
